Fitters arrived at 8.00am fitted both doors, took away old ones and tided up. Explained how to use and maintain the new doors and left by 9.30. Excellent job!

  We had a pair of sectional doors fitted last week. They have remote control opening and have been fitted into an old (250 years) stable building. They look very... read more smart and neatly finished, and the opening one works well. The other is a dummy door. The fitters were experienced, knowledgeable and cleared the site well before leaving and handing over. The four star rating really applies to the communication with the sales and admin following placing the order which fell below expected standard - having to chase a date for fitting and messages not returned.   This job was the replacement of some old wooden doors on my car port/garage with new roller doors. The job itself as not straight-forward as it involved some... read more rebuilding of the structure surrounding the door area, in addition to the main job of fitting a new overhead roller door. The survey was completed very efficiently - and just under 2 months later, the job itself was completed in an exemplary fashion. The quality of workmanship was to a high standard, the job started on time and ran as planned, and the guys carrying out the job were extremely helpful and considerate. Overall, excellent. I made contact with Eastern Garage Doors and they were extremely helpful. Very prompt in their response and also did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived early for the appointment and also adhered to the social distancing guidelines and as someone who is having to shield, they took every step to make sure this was handled. The door was managed to be fixed without much hassle. They also followed up to make sure everything was alright. I can't recommend them enough! It's a breath of fresh air to actually deal with a respectable company who care! Thank you!

  Order placed before C19 lockdown, but we worked around that. Seems pretty good so far and the whole sales as fit operation was smooth.

  First class job from Eastern Garage doors. They have replaced 2 single garage doors with a single double sized electric door, removing the supporting pillar in between and installing a... read more steel joint. Also installed an aco drain to redirect the drain from the guttering. The fitters were very polite and hardworking and removed all the rubbish and disposed of it. They even made a small repair to the artex ceiling in the garage as it was previously a show house reception. I can’t recommend this company enough, they were very efficient from the survey to the quote to the installation. One company to do the whole job, which other companies can’t offer.
